After Launch
Most agencies disappear after handover. We don't. Shipping a product is the beginning of a conversation with your users — and the insights you get from real usage are worth more than any assumptions made during design.
The Evolve phase is how we make sure your product improves over time rather than degrading. It covers everything from keeping the lights on to actively building on what's working and fixing what isn't.
What Evolve Covers
How We Structure Ongoing Support
Evolve engagements typically run as monthly retainers, giving you a predictable allocation of engineering time without the overhead of scoping individual change requests each time.
Clean Handovers
If you want to take the product in-house after the initial engagement, we'll make that as easy as possible. Everything we build is documented, tested, and structured so another team can pick it up without six months of archaeology.
- Full codebase documentation and README
- Architecture diagrams and data model documentation
- Runbooks for deployment and common operations
- Credentials and infrastructure handover checklist
- A handover call with your incoming team
When to Evolve vs When to Re-Discover
Sometimes post-launch data reveals something fundamental: the product needs to go in a different direction, a new market has emerged, or user feedback points to a problem that can't be fixed with iteration alone. When that happens, we re-engage the Discovery phase — not to start over, but to reframe the problem with real data informing the brief.
